Last year Mark Gooch Designers completed over 50 commercial office
condominium designs encompassing more than 300 individual
units, with even more to begin shortly.
Love of Architecture, and great affinity for detail continue
to afford Mark the opportunity to create strong relationships
with area builders and developers as well as the chance to
work with a multitude of custom clients. |
More than 25 years
ago Mark Gooch Designers was formed in response to a demand
for quality home design and error-free plans delivered on-time.
One of the first design firms to
be 100% digital from inception, MGD has remained at the front
of construction technology and boasts ‘builder friendly’
plans which are sensitive to the construction process.
Now produced in 3-D, plans are dimensionally
accurate and trouble-free with roofs that always work. Careful
attention is given to available materials and sizes to speed
construction, reduce waste and boost profit. It’s no
wonder that Mark receives continuous praise from construction
managers and trades for the quality and ease-of-use his plans
provide. |
For almost 27 years
Mark has been a professional member of the American Institute
of Building Design (AIBD) and is certified by the National
Council of Building Designer Certification (NCBDC).
Mark’s apprenticeship began
in 1980 with Phil Grose, AIBD and concluded under the direction
of B.J. Kramer, AIBD, (formerly Houston Design Group)
before successfully completing the AIBD examination in 1988.
Today, while being a devoted husband
and proud father of four, Mark leads a design firm responsible
for generating hundreds of unique plans annually. While the
majority of this work is residential, over the past ten years
the focus on light commercial projects has grown substantially.
